Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 3 15oz cans Pinto or Black Beans Rinsed well
- 7 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 cup Veggie Broth
- 1 Small Onion (Minced) Optional
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- heat the coconut oil in a frying pan
- add in cumin seeds and onion (if desired) and fry for 2 minutes
- add the rinsed beans and fry for about 5 minutes
- mix in the remaining ingredients and mash the beans
- cook for another 5 minutes and then serve
