Instructions
heat the coconut oil in a frying pan
add in cumin seeds and onion (if desired) and fry for 2 minutes
add the rinsed beans and fry for about 5 minutes
mix in the remaining ingredients and mash the beans
cook for another 5 minutes and then serve
